Using Add-On DLL wizard

I followed the steps in the documentation to create a DLL, but in step 7 of the Class Wizard, I cannot find CVsmDialog. How can I resolve this? Could you provide a simple C++ code example to illustrate the process of creating a DLL in Embed? Thank you.

    When you use the wizard, on the last page - "Block Menu", check "Include Custom MFC Dialog."
