How can create a circle using 1 node and 1 vector ?

I can not create a circle using center point and vector. I already select a node and a vector but still ask me to select a vector .......

My suggestion is to use HyperWorks (new GUI). With this new platform, you can easily do drawing and similar operations. No new feature is added to classic/legacy HyperMesh anymore.
