How do you change row 1 to the header

Are you using Monarch Classic or Data Prep Studio(DPS)? In Monarch Classic, click on the "Define and Import" button and you should see a check box that asks if the first row contains headers. If you click on the import button, you can click on the "Table Design" button and then select "Database" in the ribbon bar and then select the "First row contains column names" buttons. You will also need to click the little "Apply" green check mark followed by the green "Accept" check mark.
In DPS, after you have loaded your file, select Edit Load Options and then select the "First row has column names" check box.

Hi Jeff,
Are you using the data Prep Studio? If you are then this is the way to do it.....there are two screenshots below. Let me know if that helps.

Thanks, this will work. I don’t usually use Data Prep Studio and I knew I had done this before in Monarch where there was a box that said use row 1 as header which I just checked but I can’t find it. Appreciate your help.
