How to rectify the issue of Black screen in MotionView??

Currently using Altair Hyperworks 2021 Student Edition for FSAE events. But the MOtionView window always turns black. After selecting any object , data shows the object is on screen but i am unable to see it. Is it graphic card issue? 

Current PC specs: ASUS TUF A15 / 16 GB RAM / 4GB Nvidia GTX 1650 with
