I want design induction motor with skewed bar rotor, is there any axample to do that? Can i make it by skew or 3d?

If you do the skew just for the rotor (stator) you can use the module skew of Flux. There are examples showing how to use the skew. One you open the Flux supervisor >> select Skew >> open example.
If you want to do the skew for both stator and rotor, in this case you need to use Flux 3D.
