TCL the correct syntax for 'hm_framework removetab Penetration ' to remove the new message question 'with yes/no' boxes

I am using 'hm_framework removetab Penetration' but in HM 2021.2 there is a new tab close question

is there a way to auto answer this in tcl.

Please note hm_answernext yes;hm_framework removetab Penetration doe not work.

And the Message action has not been implemented properly either.

EG the 'No' function does not work the tab is closed any way so this may only clear some memory?

I there a HyperMesh developer  monitoring this area?
