Feko import geometry is frozen

I want to import a stp file in Feko but I can see all options in grey at import > Geometry. How can I fix this? I have tried all possible formats for importing it but in all of them I have mesh related issues. Please help!

    Hi, Can you share the file with us. So that we can review and get back to you. By the way, Please do mention which FEKO version are you using.
