If you see this error, it means that the vovlmd daemon is not running and it needs to be started.
- To restart it, go to the Admin tab and select the Daemon option.
- Find vovlmd and click start.
- You're done.
Vovlmd keeps the LM vovserver updated when the config file (holding the tag config) is changed.
The message is about trying to signal the daemon so that it will re-read the config file, which was just updated by the browser UI.
