How to calculate Segregation Index vs Time plot for polyhedral particle ??

Hi, I have tried the python code for calculating segregation index versus time with spherical particles. It works well.

But when I tried this code (python script) with Polyhedral particles, the code gave no output ??

Please suggest how to solve this problem.
