Message Hyperworks has crashed. Do you want to save your model?

Good night,

I was working on the computer (a model was launched in Optistruct, and also I was modeling in Hyperworks) and the computer turned off. Now, when I try to start Hyperworks I have the next message: "Hyperworks has crashed. Do you want to save your model?" I have tried to restart the computer and I have the same problem. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

    One more thing: I have re-installed all solvers and I continue with the same problem.

    Hello,

     

    can you try to remove all the temporary files that are in your working directory (MyDocuments per default).

     

    The list of files and folders to remove is the following :

    Hi Julien, I've tried to delete the files but not work for me. When I open Hyperworks and create a sketch/plane the software crashes. Canl you help me please.

     

    Note: some of the files listed did not appear for me.
