I need the data which is required to be filled in the dialogue box, which is appeared as I opened the hyperworks software for the 1st time after the installation.

    That depends on what kind of license you have.  If you have a hosted license sign in with your Altair One user name and password. Otherwise you need to point to the license server or file.
