License renewed and I now get a "Server Process Failed" error

I'm getting an error on start up of 

Server Process Failed to produce expected startp messages

Check the console view for information

 

The Console view is empty and I'm now stuck what to do

    Hi Steve,

    There was at least one other customer who ran into that error message.  Here is the comment accompanying the resolution:

     

    Just to let you know, this was resolved.

    A new security installation had quarantined three WPS files.
