Locate The License Key/Activation Code

Problem

If you don't know what is the license key used on a machine with Monarch 


Cause

N/A


Solution

  1. Open "License Manager".
  2. Click "Configure License".
  3. Choose "Deactivate Altair {formerly Datawatch} Monarch 15 64-bit using an Activation code".
  4. Hit "Next" and on the next page, your license key/activation code should be available.
