Model gets dis-assembly during simulation

Dear Sir,

 

I have created the appropriate joints to the model and give motion to it,but during simulation it get dis-assembled.

 

Kindly provide your guidelines

Hi Ram,

 

Make sure you have refered the right bodies when creating joints.
