End user license agreement

When setting up an Altair One account, you need to checkmark the “I accept the End-User License Agreement” and click on the Continue button.

However, if the system takes you back to the End User License Agreement page again and again, please follow the below steps to overcome this:

  • Use the link https://admin.altairone.com to login.
  • Clear the browser Cache/Cookie and then try logging in.
  • If this problem persists, try accessing Altair One from another browser or from another computer or your phone.
