In order to vary the current density in a conductor in magneto static application, you have to follow the next steps:
- Create two IO parameters:
I: current in (A)
SURF: surface in (mm²) on which the current circulate (the slot surface for example) - Create a spatial quantity named CURRENT_DENSITY and defined as follow CURRENT_DENSITY =IO(I)/IO(Surf)
- Affect the spatial parameter CURRENT_DENSITY to the face region “Region with current density”.
- In the solving scenario: you can vary J and SURF, it will vary CURRENT_DENSITY.
