Condition:
Users created an export using Monarch, and when they are already in the Create Export window, they notice that only Text and Adobe pdf is the only options.
Cause:
This is because the chosen Source View is Report.
Remedy:
You will need to choose Table as the Source View to have multiple Export File Types such as xls, xlsx, mdb, accdb etc.
