HyperWorks Desktop 2021 crashing

Hello, I have asked many times to Altair technical support but anyone can help me... Please, I need help with this...

Hyperworks Desktop software is crashing when starting. If I tried to run Hypermesh, a message is displayed that Hyperworks has encountered an error and must be closed.

I have tried to unistall, delete all files, download files doing md5 checksum and do again a clean installation of the software...

I have tried to update windows and GPU drivers...

I have tried in another laptop with same license file but with new IP...

I have tried changing my GPU...

The problem always persists.

My PC has 16GB of RAM with an Intel i5 CPU and a Nvidia GTX 1650 super GPU, so I think this is enaugh hardware to run the software.

 It is a strange problem because I have tried to install and use another Altair software like INSPIRE and it works correctly, only Hyperworks doesn`t work.
