Hello,
I'm not fully familiar with that old version but I presume it has the same GUI more or less than Flux 11 if I remember correctly. If not, please try to update to a more recent version. There has been a lot of versions in ~10 years.
To do an animation of the rotor moving, from the solved project in the Graphic menu, select Animation. This will take pictures of the graphical window in a given resolution with the current display. If you don't have any isvalues displayed it will only show the rotation. If you display isolines or isovalues or arrows on a specific region, they will be updated on each picture.
Creating the animation means creating pictures as PNG and an animation in Flux. If you create both animation and video it will also compile a video file.

I may have missed a crucial point in your question. If you are solving in steady state ac, there is no rotation. So if you want to make an animation with the phase, you can do it now with a macro. Otherwise it was possible in old version to do it directly un the GUI but I'm not sure about 10.4 version
