How to open the session file

I read that the button to open the current session file is in the scripting toolbox. However, I do not have it in 2021.2. Where do I find the session file? Thank you.

A session file is a text file that contains a structured list of statements. The statements include instructions for page layout and window content, such as graphic and plot information. A session file is generated whenever you save a work session.

You need to save it first. File > Session > Save
