    Hello Denis,

Flux supports below formats. Can you please check whether your CAD file is in below formats or not?

The formats available for the modeler in Flux are the following :

    • standards formats:
    • IGES (Initial Graphics Exchange Specification)
    • STEP (Standard for Exchange of Product)
    • proprietary formats:
    • ACIS (*.SAT extension)
    • CATIA V4 (*.MODEL extension)
    • CATIA V5 (*.CATPRODUCT,*.CATPART extension)
    • INVENTOR (*.IPT extension)
    • PRO Engineer (*.ASM, *.PRT extension)
    • SOLIDWORKS (extension :*.SLDASM, *.SLDPRT)
    • PARASOLID (extension :*.PRT)
    • NX (Extension : *.X_T, *. XMT_TXT, *.X_B, *.XMT_BIN)

If you can save the CAD model in above formats, the import of geometry will be successful.

    Thank you,

    Lavanya
