Any ideas why this is happening?

 

I have the student version, but running a check gives no specific errors.

     In static load case 3, the compliance is negative or large 1.52962e+008.
     Optimization/buckling analysis cannot be performed.
     due to possible rigid body mode.
    (Running in-core solution)
     

    This is usually because of incorrect or insufficient BC's, Model not being connected properly with other components, incorrect model units etc..

    Instead of applying load on individual node you can create rigid and apply load. I feel problem is with loads.
