Dear Stephen,
Thank you for your reply,
when I open the The first link that you sent I get the following message in the opening page:
Please log in to the Altair Community to view this Knowledge Base article.
I am logged in but still I get this, I have a student account which made it a couple of days ago.

Hi Saeed,
Just to note the student edition has limitations that it doesn't support CFD coupling, you can see the limitations here:https://web.altair.com/altair-student-edition#license-activation
However you should still be able to access the page and if you have an academic rather than student version it is fully featured.
I'll highlight the access issue to the community team.

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for your help, I realized that our university has the academic license , for switching on that should i reinstall the EDEM or there is a way to just change the license ?
I have also attached a screenshot of the page that opens for downloading the fluent interface, as you can see from top right corner that I am logged in but still do not have access.
Best Regards

Hi Saeed, It would be best to contact your account manager for a change in access as the restriction is linked to your account.
