I am doing a simulation and when i export the coordinators i feel some particles are missing or the chains are broken.
Is there a way to export the coordinates of individual chains separately? or determine which chains are broken?

No directly but in the analysis options there are measures like meta particle length:
https://help.altair.com/edem/Analyst/AnalystTree-Display.htm > Meta Particles
The length will change if the meta particle is broken. Just to note you have to be using the in-built meta-particle tool for this analysis.
