Shortcut key of "Q" doesn't work in hyperworks 2022.2

Dear Altair support.

The shortcut key of "Q" doesn't work, so the only way for me to show element ID is by mouse right click shown as below.

But there is no way for me to close the display of element ID.

I can display or close display element ID by "Q" yesterday, but it doesn't work today.

How to make the shortcut key of "Q" work?

I am not able to reproduce this issue.

You might want to try deleting your temporary settings files according to this article
