Shortcut key of "Q" doesn't work

Dear Altair support.

The shortcut key of "Q" doesn't work, so the only way for me to show element ID is by mouse right click shown as below.

But there is no way for me to close the display of element ID.

I can display or close display element ID by "Q" yesterday, but it doesn't work today.

How to make the shortcut key of "Q" work?

Thanks in advance!

    Hello Zheng,

    For version 2022.2 In HyperWorks, as in HyperMesh, you can assign shortcuts to tools you use frequently.
    For this you need to define a simple environment variable on your computer. You just need to define the variable and value below.

    HW_ENABLE_KEYBOARD_EDITOR= 1

    Once the environment variable is defined, you can manage your keyboard shortcuts with the Keyboard Shortcuts option that becomes active under the View menu in the HyperWorks interface.

    Hello Zheng,

    It should work. I suggest you to delete your temporary files.
    You should close all your HyperWorks applications, and run the .bat file that you have in your installation folder to delete temporary files (Eg : C:\Program Files\2022.2\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup).
    Warning, it will delete your preferences)

    Regards,

    Marine
