Random Fatigue Analysis using FRF stresses and PSD by Abaqus result

I would like to do the random fatigue analysis using FRF stresses by Abaqus result.

In Hyperlife, we can not import the result calculated by Abaqus with PSD curve directly.

So, I should import the result for the FRF in Abaqus, and I can perform the random fatigue with PSD in Hyperlife. 

When I checked the damage, it is over 100. I think it is not correct. 

Could you give the advice that?

 

The material Aluminum.

Time: 4hours - 14400s

I will attach my odb file, FRF and PSD curve.

    I'm not familiar to Abaqus, so I can't help too much.

    But, can you check in a simple file, where you can validate results manually? analytical solution or something known?

    If you get different results than expected, then it might be a bug. But otherwise, it could be your setup or units that might be incorrect.
