How can we add a temperature probe in the simulation to monitor the temperature change along the entire casting process? How can we extract this temperature change data?

    You can create call out point to particular location of the part or mold to obtain time vs temperature data (curve). Then you can get access to multiple call out points with (List call out). Simple cop Please refer to online help.
