Metadata inputs missing from multiple functions

I downloaded the student version of Hyperworks and when I went to create a beam, it didn't have the boxes in the card for me to fill in beam dimensions. I checked the material and property cards and all the data inputs from there are missing as well. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't fix it. I'm hoping it's something simple that I've missed!

    I really need a response to this please. I cannot find another way to contact support, as going through the "Contact Support" just tells me to ask the question in the forum again.

    As is, Hyperworks is completely unusable. If anyone can answer the question or give me a better way to contact support, please let me know.
