Does this happen every time you train a model? Could you please try with a different h3d file? If you close and restart HW does the problem still occur?
Do you have any environment variables relating to python / hw_thirdparty set? ( "set >env_log.txt" in a cmd prompt will create log with all of your env vars, please could you share this)
