Hi,

I have an antenna model that will be between two substrate layers. The antenna with the substrates will be  inside a cylindrical PDMS  all inside a spherical tissue model.

Do I have to union all the elements or simulate it with separate parts (antenna, substrate, tissue and PDMS) ?

please find attached my model .

Many thanks for your help

    Hi @AmineSam

Your model does not seem to be attached, but in general, it is good practice to union parts. This will ensure that the mesh accurately represents the geometry: Parts that touch will have a mesh with elements that are connected and the mesh will be refined in areas where different parts are located close to each other. This should lead to more accurate results.

    Kind regards

Thank you all for your responses !

    I have another question

Is that possible to view the 3D pattern of the far field at defined radius ?

In the request far fields parameters, I see only theta and phi  that I am able to specify

    Many thanks
