Converting Time (HH:MM:SS) to Number for Summaries

Hello All... Again:
I want to use Time Values in A Summary where the Time Values are Measures Across Columns by "Day". I believe I need to convert the Time Values to Numbers, and then Export the Summary to Excel where I can then define the Numeric values to "Time" to Show the Report in the format below.
Can anyone help with this? I know other ways to do this in Excel, but I want to get maximum calculations in Monarch Classic before exporting to Excel.
