Quickest way to mesh 3D objects with 1D elements

Hello!

What is the quickest way to mesh 3D tubes like this with 1D elements? Is there a way for HyperMesh to automatically import the cross sections into the definitions of elements? If not - am I able to make and see the cross sections within HyperMesh? Thank you
