Where is my previous learning materials?

I did my Altair Hypermesh Intermediate Examination 2019 and I have the certification. I can't able to locate the learning material I read. I also did my certification on Linear and frequency analysis certification and that learning material also not available.

I don't know whether my certifications are authorized or not. Kindly help me with this.
