Hypermesh Documentation

Hi, my insitution (Technical University of Munich) is currently working on FEM Analysis for laser beam melting and therefore uses Hypermesh 2019 for mesh generation. I am writing on my Bachelor Thesis in Engineering and need solid knowledge in mesh generation and mesh quality checking. Is there any documentation of Hypermesh or the in Hyperworks included Hypermesh subprogramm?

If this is the case, i would appreciate sending the documentation/ link/ videos to me. Ideally, I can refer to the documentation in my work.
