How to set a CENTRIFUGAL FORCE in Hypermesh for Abaqus

Hello everyone,

I'm setting up a simulation for Abaqus using Hypermesh.

I have a centrifugal load, but I don't know how to set it, in the image below is shown what I'm doing  now (I don't know if it's the right way tough):

If it is right, I have some questions:

1)Is the magnitude the rotational velocity (rad/s)?

2)Are Coord1, Coord2, and Coord3 the coordinates of the angular velocity vector?

3)Do DirCos1, DirCos2, and DirCos3 define the direction of the angular velocity vector?

4)How can I apply the load with an exponential rule to help convergence?
