Import CSV table

Hello everyone,

 

I might need some help importing a CSV table into Altair HyperWorks (Student Edition 2019).

The option to import a CSV table under 'File > Import > Table CSV' is greyed out and can not be selected. According to Knowledge Base Document #152766 this should be a simple process.
Am I missing something here, do I need to change a setting first or is it not possible to import CSV tables in the student version of this program?

    Import table from Utility : Table Create
