Can I assign the tangential and normal restitution coefficients, respectively?

Hello,

I would like to define the tangential restitution coefficient of particles as a constant value and the normal resitutition coefficient as a function of particle's velocity.

Is it possible to implement it in EDEM or in EDEM API and if so, how is it applicable?
