Go to tool > reflect
Click on elements and then select duplicate in the extended entity selector, choose a component for the duplicated elements

Dear Rahul Ponginan,
When i use reflect, translate ...command with duplicate elements option, i get error : after duplicate mesh, i get a new cad surface at the same position with mesh.
So how to get duplicate mesh without create new surface in Hyperworks X 2022 ?
