Are any HyperWorks Applications slow during start up?

    You can fix this by closing all HW Applications and then searching/deleting the following folders:

     

     

     

     

    1.     C:\ProgramData\x-formation
    2.     %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\x-formation\ss.<userID>.lock (if present)
    3.     %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\x-formation\
    4.     %USERPROFILE%AppData\Local\Temp\x-formation
    5.     C:\Windows\Temp\x-formation   
      6.  

     

     

     

    Once these folders are deleted, re-invoke the product.  You should see it open immediately.
