How to contour results by configuration (1D, 2D or 3D)?

    In HyperView,

    On contour panel click the yellow color selector (components/element). A new window will pop-up “extended entity selection”. In that click By config and choose the element configuration type (for 2D: QUAD4/QUAD8)

    Hi, how do I get von-Mises stress plots for 1D Elements such as PIPE16  element (ANSYS preference) in HyperView?

     Have you prepared deck in Hypermesh Ansys interface?In Hypermesh Optistruct interface in Loadstep we set the type to all which writes all stresses.

    Sir contour panel have different values of results for von mises stress or any result type. There are number of results get obtain for same element by changing averaging method, layer and coordinate system. 

     

    Can you tell which combination I decide to get better result
