Why is OssMooth creating 2D mesh out of my topology rezults model? Can I get tetra mesh?

I choose to remesh optimalization rezults and want to reanalyze new geometry but with 2D surface mesh i can't do it? Can i get tetra mesh out of ossmooth? if not how can I convert existing mesh (2D) to tetra mesh (3D)?

    Maybe this comes too late.

    If you try FEA re-analysis Ossmooth would come up with a solid mesh (if the original mesh was solid). Some areas may fail and come with shells instead. You can try to use 'remesh' parameter as well but it could take long or even crash HM session.

    If that does not work (sometimes remeshing optimization shapes is difficult. I would try to run shrink wrap around the results (using loose option) and then try to tetramesh the resultant wrap.
