how to apply the direction in which i have to apply accelerating force using grav card.what does N1,N2,N3 refer when we edit grav card.

    N1,N2,N3 represents the x,y,z vector components

    For instance enter N1=0, N2=0, N3= -1 to define gravity in z direction

    do i have to apply a different load step for gravity force or the already present load step will do for the same

    To combine gravity with a force

    You will need to create another loadcollector, with LOAD card image.

    Choose LOAD_Num_Set =2. Select the two load collectors (and assign the corresponding scale factors for the loads).

    Use this load collector in the loadstep.
