i am facing problem while doing line mesh and creating rod elements the rod elements are not joining properly at the joints i am attaching the image

The elements which you are using is PBAR OR PBEAM element.If you are expecting the 1d model to be similar to 3d CAD model. Then that would not happen using 1d element.That is the limitation of 1d element. You could try with 2d & 3d elements.

No need to edit the geometry for 1d mesh.For 1d meshing center line with proper intersecting points is enough for the analysis.
In your model Problem is because of line continuity & few overlapping line. Whenever lines are intersecting at any junction there should not be any continuity on that region.
Do correction by using geometry page line edit option.Geometry page: line edit: Split at line
