I´m trying to run just a Quarter of an axisymmetric structure.

To get the bc´s for the symmtry plane i built a simple model of a cylinder.

My Loads are: My, My45 (Rotation about 45deg) and Mz

Everything seems to be Ok but when i want to transfer the bc´s to my model, just Mz ist working well.

BC´s:

My: Side A: 1,3,5; Side B: 2,4,6
Mz: Side A/Side B: 1,3,5
My45: Querried the displacements at the symmtry plane from the full cylinder to apply them on my quarter model. --> works good so far, any better ideads?
rotating my CoordSys wont work because i need to combine all loadcases.

why do you try to run a Quarter of an axisymmetric structure??

    Symmetry can be used if:

    - geometry is symmetric (thats applicable to your case)
    - constraints are symmetric (ok)
    - and loads are symmetric !!!

Due to not symmetric loads, you should work with full solid model!
