Hi all,

Can we check the elements whether it is a closed volume or not?
Currently, I 'm just checking manually by finding free edges/T-connection. Just curious if hypermesh has the function to checked closed volume of elements.

TQ

    Hi TQ,

The absence of free edges indicates a closed volume, this is the way in HyperMesh to check for closed volume meshes for shell elements .
