Hello Nkoelouna,
You can use Export solver deck option (File-->Export-->Solver Deck-->File type Ansys) to export a .CDB file which can be read in Ansys WB. If you are using HM V 11.0, make sure it is updated to 11.0-130 patch because Some minor changes such as element options for few elements have been changed. Also update the elements before exporting.Goto 2D/3D page-->Element types.
