get stress in output

Hi,

WHat are the different manners to get the stress in each element.
I use the output card 'OPTI' to deal with the file .cstr but is there another possibility ?

    Benoit,

    are you looking for available formats for stress output?

    if yes, below (refer to image) are the available output formats for CSTRESS and STRESS respectively.
