Is Inspire able to render / export to render only patches without having to re-export the overall model?

    Hi Lukasz,

Sorry, I did not understand what you mean.
Could you please tell me more about it so that I can better understand?

    Ciao!

    Hello Lukasz,

Normally you must re-render the whole scene but of course there are some workarounds in case you don't have much time and the scene requires many hours to render.

These workarounds are easy and very used by many experts:

1- First scenario in case you saved your camera position (the rendering view is exactly the same as the rendered image)
You can render only the new add-ons using the same camera position and after that you can save the image in PNG or Tiff format with alpha files.
You can add/overlap the image using any Image editor application like Photoshop, Photopaint, Gimp.
(in case you don't have Photoshop) you can set the previous rendered image as a background and render only the add-ons

2- Second scenario in case you have lost your camera position
You can set the previous rendered image as a background, adjust your camera position in order to match the same perspective and render only the add-ons.

Note that in both cases you could loose some details like reflections and shadows since you are not rendering the whole scene.

    Hope this helps
