Here is my driver version.
Does it enough with version 2022?
No, that is probably it, it is the last 5 digits that give the Nvidia driver number, so yours is only 411.63, and it is almost 4 years old. The latest driver available for an M1000M is 516.94 (released yesterday) You should probably do a full update (select advanced options on install and select a clean install rather than an upgrade)

Could it be graphics driver related? 2022 needs minimum Nvidia 472.47 or Radeon 21.Q4

I updated the latest version for graphic driver, but it did not work.
I find that, when I set the view normal to the plate, I can select elements.
But when I rotate to different view, I can not select anymore.

make sure that when HyperWorks is launched, it is using indeed your nVidia dedicated graphic card, and not some onboard card.
Usually there's a selection inside NVIDIA Control panel, on what is the prefered graphics card to be used, specially if it is a laptop.
Changing to high performance should launch the software using nVidia's.
